Spectrum is a USG-recognized student group at
Case Western Reserve University. We aim to provide an environment where LGBTQQIA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, and allied) persons can socialize, learn, and grow. It is operated by and serves the needs of undergraduate students, but does welcome graduate and professional students as well as faculty and staff.

Spectrum's Annual Dragball Charity Fund Raiser scheduled for November 21st, 2009! Bring your friends to the event, and help raise money for charity! Watch as performers model, dance, and lip-sync on stage as they compete for some awesome prizes! Bring your wallet or Case Cash, and help make this night a successfully charity fundraiser. The group with the most contestants gets half the raised money donated to the charity of their choice, and the other half goes to a charity of Spectrum's choice. $5.00 gets you into the door, and you can bid the best contestants. These bids are in the form of donations. Contestants who raise the most money, and get the highest scores from the judges can win prizes. Visit our

Film Society and Spectrum will be showing Milk (2008) on October 9th, 2009. The film is about Harvey Milk, a gay rights activist who became California's first openly gay official who was elected into office. We will provide more information on this event as it becomes available.
